Event and Performance Photography

The Remarkable Studio has extensive experience in capturing the atmosphere of special events. We are well placed to offer the same personal, individualised photography service to people organising special anniversary events or birthday parties, homecomings, award ceremonies or any other gathering where you want a photograher to record of the key moments and tell the story of the day or evening.

We would love to hear from you to discuss a particular event you have in mind and how our photography could be a record of your day to enjoy in the future.

On the day, we will work with with you and any other event organisers involved, to ensure a smooth and unobtrusive presence at the event while capturing the key moments in their best light.

Afterwards, we can help you select the prints, suggesting suitable formats and materials so you can re-live the event, and making them available via a private log-in on the website for people to make their own purchases, if required. Coffee table books are becoming an increasingly popular way of presenting a variety of images to remind people of their day.

Performance, Dance and Drama

Performance is exciting, and those involved often train for many years to achieve the results that they and others enjoy. Our photography sets out to capture the essence of performance live in the studio, during rehearsal or occasionally during live performance. We take advantage of available or supplemental light to bring movement to life. We work in a very unobtrusive way to avoid distracting performers so that the photographs represent the actual performance, rather than a pose presented to the camera.
